We are parents, teachers, grandparents, staff, and community members who are invested in making Village Elementary a better place for our children. The PTO is a non-profit organization and relies on volunteers and donations to do what we do for our community, school, and children. Your $35/ family membership goes directly to your student.
For over 20 years students at Village Elementary have contributed to making their school better by coming together with one another and participating in the PTO’s annual Jog-a-thon. The Jog-A-Thon allows all students at Village Elementary, TK through fifth grade, participate in the fundraiser. An event that once started with only the students and faculty participating has now grown to involve help and support of family and friends from every corner of the world, as well as support from our generous Coronado community. To date, the annual Jog-A-Thon at Village Elementary is the PTO’s largest fundraiser.
This year the Jog-A-Thon will also incorporate additional educational moments around nutrition and fitness for the children. As additional elements are confirmed they will be added to the website. Stay Tuned!
We meet 8:15-9:30 am every 1st Wednesday of every other month at Village Hall (Enter Village Hall on H Street. No Check-in to the front office is necessary. Meetings will be held in person and our valued community partners come and share latest news. KNOW THE LATEST NEWS FIRST!
Each year we invest over $50 per student. We encourage you to match that amount or help students reach even greater heights by making a tax deductible donation!
